Why are you reporting this puzzle?

On the day before we flew home I rugged up well and we went to Kings Park, seeing I had missed all the trips away from being very ill, spending three days in hospital and then more days stuck in the Hotel Room. We had gone to see the famous WA wildflowers, so I was thrilled to finally see some.

Top Left: The beautiful Candlestick Banksia flowers (Banksia attenuata.)

Top Right: A Wattle Bird on a green and black Kangaroo Paw flower. These flowers are usually red and green so we loved seeing different colours. Why is this bird called a Wattle bird? Anthochaera is a genus of birds in the honeyeater family. The species are native to Australia and include the little wattlebird, the red wattlebird, the western wattlebird, and the yellow wattlebird, most have a tiny little fleshy "wattle" hanging down on their cheeks. If you look closely you will see on on this bird.

Bottom left: A mass of Paper Daisies in one garden. Also called Everlasting Daisies, these Aussie natives are so pretty and the flowers can be dried and kept.

Bottom Right: As we left the Park we visited the Gift Shop and admired their fabulous display of glassware and other lovely gifts.

A lovely puzzle. I am sorry to hear you are not well Nev. We have our second Covid injection tomorrow, but there don't seem to be many after-effects with the Pifzer vaccine which we are getting.
