I had to laugh when I got home. As I opened the front door, I saw Elsa bounding down the stairs, and she rushed into the living room rather than come to greet me. I normally put up a barrier on the stairs to stop her going up when I'm out, but forgot this morning....... I nipped upstairs, in the vain hope she'd just been on HER bed on the landing. But no, my dog is nothing if not an opportunist; she had made herself very comfortable thank you, on MY bed, which she knows full well isn't allowed when I'm home. A case of 'when the cat's away, the mouse will play' I suppose - or in her case, sleep! My fault, but note to self - close the bedroom door or put the barrier up! ☺☺
