Oh yes, we must go and see Uluru. Maybe soon! Fabulous. thanks and hugs Fran.

Thanks Allie, nice to see you too. We have had a lot of trouble with the service out here since the lightening strike and with work been pretty busy and a few health issue's from time to time but all good. the rain has certainly made a big impact on the vegetation, the lands are looking great...... and yes that
's a cloud over Uluru......xoxox

How wonderful to fly over it and photograph it regularly Franca! Nice that you had lots of rain too. Is that a cloud on top? WOW such an amazing place! I have some lovely photos which I treasure of it from my visit there - the usual sunrise and sunset pics that all tourists take .... but I actually walked around it too, so I have some unusual ones. ... and yes Kenzie it is much bigger than you think - it took us much longer than planned :-) Thanks Franca and nice to see you posting again or have I missed seeing them? Must check your site just in case after I see todays. Allie :-)

Thanks for your visit and comments Kezie. We have had heaps of rain this year in the desert and the vegetation's greenery is amazing. I'm lucky to be able to see Uluru and the Olga's twice a month when traveling to and from site and every time the colours are different. I never tire of photographing them......

When we went here I only took a few steps onto the rock. We drove around it and that is when you realise how huge it is. We stayed at a Motel here for a couple of days before to Darwin . The second time we went up that way we travelled on the Ghan to Alice Springs drove to Darwin then drove back home to Sydney. We don't have a caravan and we have been to every state now .
