Jerry, if I thought it only took a letter to get you a knighthood I would get out pen and ink right now. However my Dad always told us that to be born a ‘gentleman’ meant nothing, but to live and die as a gentleman was extremely important. How’s that for a quote?

Hi Jerry, it’s always good to chat but isn’t it strange that here in the UK we usually talk about the weather. However second place always goes to health. Sorry to hear about your trapped nerve so we hope your surgery goes well and you eventually feel the benefit of this procedure. Isobel’s bruising and swellings have diminished but her confidence in walking has taken a battering which will resolve itself given a little time. So I’m. Hoping that in a few months time both you and Isobel will look back and thank the Lord for bringing you through these difficult times.
