no worries for this little guy..first we will give him a "lions cut" because his fur is really matted and you can't even brush it. I don't think we will have a problem adopting him out because he is so lovable and of course all staff at the shelter spoil him.

poor bay - lots of luck to you. my charlie chapling was left at a shelter here in denmark. picked him up some 10 years ago - that is: he adopted me. and I love him dearly

Soooo glad this guy's life had an happy ending.

People should have to apply for a permit to adopt an animal. It's amazing how many animals are left at our shelter tied to a tree or left in a cage at the front door. This persian is the sweetest boy ever. All he wants is to be pet and loved.

What a beautiful baby. I adore persian cats. I wish pets were a lot more difficult to adopt or that it was easier to ferret out the people who are undeserving.

This 2-year old persian will be up for adoption at Father Johns Animal House in Lafayette, NJ once his upper respiratory infection is cleared. He looks so much older because he was found as a stray....a beautiful animal no one wanted but will now be spoiled rotten at the shelter.
