love animals,nature,photography,my 10 yr old cat,maui. i collect stones and gemstones whenever i see an interesting one. used to travel,hike the Adirondacks,and other areas in NYS. i write poetry &sketch, i enjoy reading, especially 'cozy' mysteries.
i'm retired, spent 2 years in hospitals and rehabs learning to walk and write again after a bout with embedded kidney stones. used to work with developmentally disabled adults for 23+ yrs. i miss it.
i also miss going hiking and photographing my hikes. i live in the southern Adirondack Mountains on "the Great Sacandaga Lake", a man made reservoir, about 50 miles NW of Albany, New York state. joined jan 2021.
