Otto Robert Nowak (1874–1945) was an Austrian painter renowned for his historical, genre, and portrait works.
Born in Vienna, he studied at the General Drawing School and later attended the Vienna Academy, where Julius Berger, Siegmund L'Allemand, and Franz Rumpler mentored him. In 1899, Nowak began his freelance painting career and offered painting lessons.
He frequently spent summers in Weidlingau, Vienna, and was a member of the Cooperative of Visual Artists Vienna (Vienna Künstlerhaus). Nowak passed away in Senftenberg near Krems in 1945.
