While most of my work is my own (both original photographs and digital manipulations of same), I have, occasionally, used another person's photo to create one of my digital paintings. When I have done so, I have been scrupulous in both asking for permission and in giving credit when I have posted these. I do not condone copyright infringements or plagiarism.

To protect myself, I must now state that all my work is covered by copyright and is trademarked. I am the copyright owner.

No electronic rights are granted in any form without an express license in writing. My photographs or digital paintings and/or renditions or manipulations may not be used on the internet for any purpose including revisions or electronic editions of printed work without said written license.

No printed or electronic revisions are granted with my postings on jigidi or any other website. Should I grant a license, any additional usage, including said revisions, must be negotiated with the copyright owner.

This license my not be transferred to a third party without the written consent of the copyright owner.
