This is called a Golden Moment, which lasts about 5 minutes, when the sun is setting and hits the trees just right. When I took this picture, all those leaves were still green, but the setting sun turned them golden.

Susie38: Just beautiful! God's Mirror. What a great way to see this view in two different ways, yet at the same time! You have a good eye. This makes me want to get in a row boat and go across to explore with my sketchbook and journal in hand. But since I can't I don't mind because I have this puzzle.
