Having retired from work as a librarian and archivist, I’ve found Jigidi to be a joy! It’s Zen mode for me, just loving the quiet, contemplative experience of puzzle solving and then spending time looking at the finished image afterward. I am grateful for the folks who contribute such a wonderful variety of puzzles for us to enjoy, and it’s fun to read comments on puzzles and to occasionally comment myself.

The enjoyable puzzles on Jigidi have inspired me to experiment with AI. The majority of the images I post on Jigidi were created using Playground's AI image generator, and some come from Bing's Image Creator. One thing I've learned in using AI is that I must always be ready for a surprise, often a wonderful one and sometimes a hilarious one. However, AI is far from perfect. The images are frequently unusable and must be discarded. When I post an image on Jigidi that has a minor flaw or two, it’s because the image overall is a good one. Sometimes that’s the best I can ask for!

I value community, as well as learning, growing, and opening ever more deeply and expansively in mind, heart, and spirit.

Dear Jigidi Friends:

Today is my last post on Jigidi for a while, and I don't yet know when I'll be back. All is well and I'm okay. It's just that something serious has come up that requires my full, focused, undivided, and continual attention, so I'm "clearing the decks" for it as much as I possibly can.

A big thank you to those of you who have expressed appreciation for my puzzles. Thank you, everyone, for your generous creativity in the sharing of puzzles, in the kindness, laughter, and the friendship we enjoy together here. And thank you, Jigidi, for helping to brighten our days!
