How long will an online jigsaw puzzle stay on Jigidi?

As a rule of thumb, your jigsaw puzzles are kept indefinitely unless:

• You decide to close your account.
• You decide to delete the puzzle yourself.
• The puzzle was removed for being in violation of Jigidi guidelines.

That said, we may find ourselves in a situation where some spring cleaning is required. In that case, we may remove old inactive accounts or old unused jigsaw puzzles that seem to be of no value to the community.
