Art Prize event in Grand Rapids, MI (from Michigan.org)

This entry was titled "Lights in the Night," and is now only seen in photos taken that night, or on video which was recorded that evening. Thousands of lanterns were launched into the air from Grand Rapids bridges and from one park.
