Oh, I didn't answer your question BJ. No, we really don't save much stuff, we had boxes and boxes of beads from 5 million parades but we gave those away. There are charities that repackage the beads and sell them the next year. I just kept a few strings to wear on the big day. That's essential!

Thank you dear friends for the nice Mardi Gras wishes. We've had a good day, mostly watching parades on TV and eating yummy stuff. We did go out for awhile and it was fun. I didn't get to Jig much today, expect to be back at my post tomorrow!
