no Rebecca they are made with cream cheese, 10X sugar, can milk, the middle is peanut butter. we call it flitch some other call it potato candy. thanks for doing the puzzle

These look like pastry dough with cinnamon & sugar rolled in them. My Mom always made them with leftover pie dough.

It was so yummy that plate was not nearly enough.
