A kleido is a form of graphic art done on the computer; usually a part/slice of a photo repeated 6 times and connected together to make one form then many of these designs are laid on-top of eachother to form the finished design. People try and make them look like glass, fabric, and all sorts of textures to form a pleasing design. pazzaddled puts a small photo of the original photo used in the corner of her designs (most do not) it is an individual choice.
