Cheese of all kinds and in any conditions - fluid, soft, creamy, hard, I'm there in a nanosecond!! Thanks so very much Robbie, I do prefer mild temperature cheeses too!!
I'm so glad I left the cheese to ripen some Hanne, Lela pigged out on cold cheese right out of the cooler and of course MOST of us know that the full flavour is enjoyed at a mild temperature! Looks like you and Bent got started with a fondue with the yellow flowing cheese. Thanks for the fun.
