Hi Mary ~ Yes, this was a horrific storm. We had some of it but nothing like how New Jersey & New York got hit. There was a lot of damage on our south shore. My friend in NS said they got some of the rain & wind from the hurricane too. I know they reported it to be 2,000 miles wide. Probably the largest storm ever.
Listened to the reports on Sandy most of Monday night & rushed out to the store to get a paper next morning, as well as this morning. Horrors!! This really "takes the cake." Praying for all those affected.
LOL Yes, Koukounee is my courage!! I needed it as I had to take him out 3 times today during the storm!!! I tell you one thing, it didn't take him long to do what he had to do because he didn't like being outside either. LOL
That map is hard to follow unless you know the area as it's taken at a slant and looks awkward.

Momkath ~ It's so scary seeing what's happening with this storm. I hope you escape any damage. Yes, I'm trying to get some puzzles under my belt too. I have a house generator but if lines are down, I won't have internet or phone without them. At least I can have lights, heat and cooking. HUGS!!!!
We're in Central NJ, right in the path. We've done our preparation as best we can, and there's still a little time before we lose power for a jigsaw addict to catch my breath and work in a puzzle. Thank you for the good wishes.
