I don't believe the Sheriff was shopping at the Thrifty River. All the time we were there, on a Tuesday, this van was shuttling back and forth from the Sheriff Department Building a few blocks away and parking as close to the court house as possible which is behind me in the picture. (See yesterday's picture of the courthouse.)
