So glad you guys liked this series! You can go all the way back to when I first began posting & see that I LOVE peeling paint, old doors & rusty hardware. Bookmark those as well.

Yeah, I felt like it was a door pull too .. but seemed like an odd choice. At first glance I thought maybe a door knocker, but doesn't look as if it moves. Has a bit of a nautical feel to me.

I think it is a door pull, too as the paint is worn off of the door on that side.

I love this old door series, but have to bookmark most of them for later. Could this be a door pull? It seems to be worn on the right center, where one might insert one's finger to pull on it?
