I'm so glad you're OK and hopefully will stay OK. It was another horror show of the TX floods. I really don't understand much about flooding like this, flash floods and why people are out driving in it. Stay as dry as you can!!

Where I am there was only 4"-5" of rain overnight, but downtown Houston and western Houston got anywhere from 10"-12" in a 6 hour period. Started about 11:30 last night and rain, lightning, thunder stopped about 5:30 this morning. Roads in my area passable, but freeways, feeders and local streets just north of me are underwater with hundreds of vehicles flooded and just sitting there. Horrible for them. No break in the forecast so I don't expect to dry out until maybe August or September.

United We Stand. I just watched the news. OMG!! More flooding in TX. That is so terrifying. Pray for the sun and breezes to come and stop that rain.
