Ok thanks Ank.
But it's a great pic, and if you stayed at home you couldn't have make that photo. But I'm glad you stay in now.
No repeat Hanne, staying home until after it goes.
Yes it was cool PKH.
PPM, it really is not that bad, you can't see the calmer water behind me! Actually, that is what Jenny told me before I left and she agrees with you!
Yes the colour is something else PLG.
I am now PK.
OMG Robbie stay on solid ground.
Nicely done Robbie.... I guess when there's two dinghies out in a storm they take care of each other.... Good to see you made it OK.... :) :)
Gorgeous! I can never get over that color!
Idiot child. I'll be watching the obits. . . .
Dang. That's a bit of a swell to look at from a little dinghy.
I do understand your fascination, it's a fabulous sight, but please if you repeat it, stay safe, safe, safe!! Thanks Robbie!
What's the problem Robbos? I'm still here, will try and help you some more! Come on over with your board, I have never tried it, you can teach me!
So do I mariolyn.
Hi yellow, yes the water is always beautiful.
Thanks Graci, I think I will sleep in!
Hi Carole, that would be really fun to see and thanks.
No problem Shirley, not as bad as you think, thanks.
Yes Lela I always pay attention, thanks.
Glad you took all the 'expert' advice............good picture!.....
I do love this picture Robbie, but I'm not sure you should be out there.
Gorgeous turquoise waters for having been stirred up by a storm! I have some beach pix I'm going to organize and post soon. It's about beaches with different colors of sands...yours, of course, are PINK, to match all of the houses there I guess. Carole
Robbie you are insane, of that I am sure now. I think we are going to have to use reverse psychology with you from now on. So, tomorrow you get up early and go take some more pictures, and make sure you get really close, no more pictures from far away!
If it was up to me, I'll be on a surfboard and crackin' a few waves.
I'm speechless, Robbie, there are no adequate words here. AWESOME!! Just the fact that the water stays that incredible shades of turquoise during a major storm. . . unbelievable. Thanks so much & for goodness sake, stay safe!
I hope it's gone by the time we get there.
Come on bro, there's only a few of us guys doing these jigs and I need all the support I can get.
Hi all, I took your advice and rowed out here in my dinghy. What a ride, thanks for all the encouragement!. I wanted to reach the outer Island on the left, but sadly was too rough. I did get a bit close and this swell surprised me. Good fun though, I was still inside the reef area.
