It seems to me the title describes most of the people who wear their caps backward. Why don't they just get "Beanies" like kids USED to wear (maybe the ones with the propellers on top!!)?

I couldn't guess either ... and then it took me 7 minutes to do the puzzle! I guess I can't be fixed either!

A visor if for shading the eyes - wearing it backwards and then having to use your hand to shade your eyes seems a bit ass-backward!! (or stupid)

He needs to turn his cap around. He won't have to shade his eyes with his hand.
