Hi pumpkinhead. I'm glad you like the puzzle!
Hi Ank. Google Maps is fun. I like to travel that way too. You can also find the bear statue at 8th Street and Lonsdale Ave. And the horse and trough at Keith Road (7th) and Lonsdale.
Funny. I just did visit Vancouver and found the building (I think), I did not see this man but I saw one sitting and two at the parking entrance. It's easy to find your way, with the numbers of the street.
I found the world clock too, nice.
Hi Ank. Yes, you are right. That good advice is not always followed. I laughed out loud when I read your idea about the beds. So funny!! The gardener is carrying a planter that used to have flowers in it. There are offices and stores in this building. It's near 3rd Street and Chesterfield Ave in North Vancouver.
Hi Texasstar. Thank you for your reply. So that's where the expression "lone star state" comes from. And, I think, the "yellow rose" comes from an old song. And thank you very much for the link!! It sure beats looking at a clock and counting on my fingers. More accurate too!
Yes, Cevas, it is the Texas flag. Here is a link you might be interested in that is a world clock. Makes it a lot easier to see what time it is somewhere.

Hi Cathy, I did solve the puzzle now. It looks nice, and it's true, but most people do wrong. What is this? A shop or so? what does he carry?
I think we have normaly 9 hours between us, but for this week 8. Funny when I wake up you go to bed and when the Aussies wake up I go to bed. So we all can do with one bed, then it's always warm. lol
Hi lyndee. Thank you for the nce comment!
Hi Ank. I think I was wrong earlier. We are 8 hours apart now and we will be 9 hours apart after we put the clocks back.
Hi Ank. Only 7 hours difference now. But when we change our clocks there will be 8 hours between us.
Hi JC and texasstar. I'm glad you liked the puzzle. Is that the state flag of Texas? It looks a bit like the flag of Chile. Just sayin.
