Funny. I just did visit Vancouver and found the building (I think), I did not see this man but I saw one sitting and two at the parking entrance. It's easy to find your way, with the numbers of the street.
I found the world clock too, nice.

The gardener is carrying a planter that used to have flowers in it. There are offices and stores in this building. It's near 3rd Street and Chesterfield Ave in North Vancouver.

Hi Cathy, I did solve the puzzle now. It looks nice, and it's true, but most people do wrong. What is this? A shop or so? what does he carry?
I think we have normaly 9 hours between us, but for this week 8. Funny when I wake up you go to bed and when the Aussies wake up I go to bed. So we all can do with one bed, then it's always warm. lol
