Toto

:-)) I know I wouldn't mind sneaking in here for a snuggle or two with Jack.

goingsilver

I think you are right Kathleen!

Toto

Such a fanciful building simply must have a long history of afternoon trysts away from the prying eyes of family and staff.

goingsilver

Yes, I can see that! Thanks megabelle.

megabelle2000

has the air of a fancy crypt

goingsilver

I think so too Nicky! Thanks.

Interesting how we see different things in this megabelle! It has an air of mystery to me but I hadn't thought it spooky! Thanks for your comment.

megabelle2000

I agree it has a church like appearance dbnc2 though it is purely an example of 18th century decadence! Thank you.

The red house fits the fine door perfectly! :)

goingsilver

Hello unicorn3. No, this is one of the decorative features of the 18th century gardens which have taken a new lease of life since the late 20th century. I believe it has been restored to its original appearance and is actually a popular wedding venue now!

unicorn3

Is this an old church? It should be restored, it's a beautiful building.
