Are you Dutch, Jack? Is that a Dutch word? I used to live in the UK and we had robins exactly like this one. I love them. They endeared themselves to my heart with their bold friendliness and curosity. Good photo!
thank you my friends for the sweet comments
Happy little chap:)
Gorgeous little fellow Jack thanks
Beautiful little fellow.
Now that's one gorgeous looking little Robin, thanks for the post Jack:)
Cute and pert little Robin, thanks Jacques.
Very nice picture of a bird I've never seen before,so thank you Jack for posting it for us to see.
A fine bird, jacques.
very intresting gemstone, thanks
Yes, jacque, your picture is a robin...and I love them. However, when the Europeans came to North America they saw our large, red-breasted thrush and called it a robin also. While ours have a lovely, uplifting "chirrup" they are not as cute as your real robin pictured here.
Precious little robin Jack. Thanks
Thanks Graciela, that is sweet of you
it's a robin
The North American "robin" is actually a thrush.
Jack did he swallow the egg too?
Chickee, I've just googled your robin, and see exactly what you mean!
Let me rephrase that.. Looks absolutely nothing like the midwest robin that I am accustomed to.
Yep, it's a robin; cheeky little birds, and my favourite in the garden here in the UK.
Looks absolutely nothing like a robin.
Adorable little bird.
Cute. Google says it's a robin.
