Yes but they wouldn't sell it to me. Jenny didn't like it....no taste!
I suppose the shipping would have been a lot less for the light switch....
Me too, I certainly looked at it for a long time, but the shipping would kill the joy!
I love this!
I see that now yellow, what an adoring look she has! Almost as interesting as the light switch!
My goodness, Robbie, isn't he grand? Just put him on the (modeling) runway & watch him strut ! Have you noticed the way the gal on the right is looking at him? Great find . . . thank you :)))
Lela I asked them to move the rooster so you could see the switch!
Not really antiques BJ, more local ceramics and art.
I like your story tex. No we left it, a lot more to ship from Italy to Bermuda than within the US. The chicken was 250.00 Euros......shipping 500.00 Euros....No way!!
Looks too good PLG!
There are Celeste.
Let's crow together!! Thanks Robbie!!
Some nice looking things in that store.
thank you Robbie
This is no relation to PG. Too many feathers and well put together.
Good looking rooster
Yes, BJ, one of my motifs in the kitchen/breakfast nook is roosters, so I have lots of things like potholders, teatowels, rugs, etc. with roosters. When I was working in Minneapolis, I found this gift shop with the huge hand painted one in it, and I wanted it really bad, but it was very expensive and cost a lot to have it shipped back to Texas, so for about a month, I'd go visit that rooster every day almost. My last day there, I broke down and bought it and had it shipped home. I love it. I should post a pic of it, it's so beautiful.
PG? Is that you?
Tex you collect roosters? They are kind of cute
This is a really mean looking rooster Robbie!
I hope you brought it home! I have a huge hand painted one that's in my kitchen.
Antique shop perhaps?
What a beautiful light-switch!......
