The Great Balloon Race

Went in one over Luxor in Egypt, almost identical to the one in the middle here. The basket was big enough for nearly 20 people, the balloon was the size of a huge building! Had some difficulty climbing in - there was nothing to hold onto to pull myself up so I was (unceremoniously) lifted into the basket. The experience was sublime. To float along where the wind took us and touch the tops of palm trees as we came down (and then up again!) was unreal. One lady who nearly didn't go because so was so scared couldn't believe herself when she was leaning over the side at 2000 feet looking down.
Should be on everyone's bucket list!
