Gray-Headed Coneflower
Why are you reporting this puzzle?
The gray-headed coneflower typically grows in dry woods, prairies and along railroad tracks and roads. The composite flowers have a dull-gray central disk in the shape of an elongated cylinder. When bruised, the disk smells of anise. Taken Sun, July 13, 2014 in Hillsboro, IL.
