It is amazing. I have a friend who is a chef and he does this with ice. He also can carve fruit that is just awesome. Very creative soul. Thanks, Goingsilver!

Thanks all for your comments. As someone who is totally devoid of artistic talent, I am in awe of any artist, especially when they work by eye and on such a large scale, maintaining perfect proportions of their subject, and where any mistake cannot be rectified. It is just brilliant!
