lol . . . they probably didn't make it over here. We only had one 'phone company in the UK and the phones were 'hard-wired' in . . . socket phones didn't really start taking off until the 70s so phone designs were very standard unless you had plenty of money to keep having hte engineers come round . . . :D)

This beautiful puzzle reminds me of the old-fashioned telephones. Princess phones used to have the push-button dials in the earpiece, except they had 10 buttons, not 12.
