The poor old house is falling into disrepair though, the moss on the porch roof is very detrimental, the wood lap siding is in need of paint, the barn is in better shape than any other building. Could be no body is living in the house & up grading it is not economically feasable. You see this a lot across our nation, i'd sure love to have that old buggy.
