roerick, I'm not sure what you're talking about...I haven't had any problems. There have been quite a few times since the new jigidi was introduced where people have had problems. Not every one seems to have the same problems, or at the same time. I suggest you contact jigidi if it keeps up. That's what everybody else has done. Just email them until your problem is fixed AND ask others if they're having the same problem. A lot of folks out there can offer you some suggestions that might help.
No one seems to have noticed that half of these puzzles are missing. What happened? I thought I was loosing my mind when half of them seemed to be only the center of the thumbnail--like the pearl one. Then I started to go back and forth from the thumbnail to the puzzle after I had completed it and found out that my mind was intact but the puzzles weren't.
