Hi Ank. Yes you are right. The garden us usually a plot in the yard with flowers or vegetables. Yes the yard is the area around the house. The trees are part of the yard. Atleast that is how it is referred to here in the U.S. ( :

Ah, I just discovered there is a difference between a yard and a garden. Please help me. I think the yard is all around the house what belong to the owner. And the garden is a peace of that what is made with flowers or trees. I'm I right?

Thank you Ank. By garden, do you mean yard Ank. The yard itself is only about 1/2 or 1/3 acre out of 10 acres. I do have quite a few perennial gardens which I keep making smaller.
