I see you wrote it 5 hrs ago. It was 4 a.m. then :-)
We've got a holiday here too, Pentecost Monday

aggie

Is it morning there yet? 9:30 pm here and the fireworks are going off - Victoria Day holiday on Monday for Canada.

starlord

You asked for it, Aggie :-)

aggie

Oh dear I think we're in for it now - have a bright sunshiny day, starlord.

starlord

Aaah ladies, you really want a difficult one tomorrow? :-)
Okay, I'll gladly oblige

ladycharnley

Yes Aggie they are brothers and are originally from Los Angeles. The blond one was handsome and always smiling, the other was keyboards and always kept a very stern, straight face and never smiled. He either made us all laugh or worried us a bit cos he looked so scary.

aggie

Hopefully the sun keeps shinin' for you LadyC. Are these two brothers?

ladycharnley

Morning Aggie, good afternoon squishy - thanks for the congrats. Ron was instantly recognisable and I too remember seeing them on Top of the Pops, especially Ron staring into the camera unsmiling. A very different image altogether from the smiling pop stars of the day. Don't think we will be getting it this easy tomorrow, I'm re-charging my little grey cells. Nice trip down Memory Lane though :)

aggie

Morning Squishy, yes he does look that way.

squishy2

The ohe with the moustache was very very scary, aggie. ;-))

aggie

Good morning sunshine LadyC,, the Starlord and congrats to Keith F.
These two are an interesting duo.

starlord

I remember seeing them on TV too, Squishy...
Isn't it great when a memory still works :-)

squishy2

Congratulations ladyc!! I remember seeing them on Top of the Pops in the 70's - scary!!

ladycharnley

Yes - nice thought - congratulations to Denmark - have a lovely day Sissel :))

starlord

They had a great hit with that song here, Keith :-)
Now since we're talking music, this one is for Sissel and all the Danish people.
Denmark won the Eurovision Song Contest.
Well done, Sissel :-)

This town ain't big enough for Ron and Russell Mael of Sparks

ladycharnley

Yes that was easy Starlord thanks - easy like Sunday mornin - just as well - my little grey cells are still asleep :))

starlord

Naaaaa, you can stay :-)
I'll be out of town this afternoon though, but I'll be back

ladycharnley

.... can it be me who's gonna leave ???

starlord

Goedemorgen, Lady C
Now wasn't that an easy one? Right from the first time.
They sang: This town ain't big enough for the both of us :-)

ladycharnley
