Hydrangea in Winter

Hi Laura, mine looks the same, they will have a problem. The plant did not sleep, was busy to make new live. And now that heavy frost. They will not die but they don't like it. It will take more time next spring. Pity. Last spring it looked like many plants did not make it. But I did wait. They were all very late, but only one did not really make it.

Yes. There will be little buds lying on the ground under the plant tomorrow. Tragic.

Snooker....you're right! I didn't see that. It does have new buds. It's all confused. It is in for a rude awakening when the temperature plummets tonight. It was 60 today and tomorrow it will be in the teens.
