Robiina! Oh....do I know what you're experiencing with putting your cabinet together! I don't think though, that I ever got so far as to complete the entire thing before I realized that something didn't fit right. Ohhh, I do feel sorry for you. However, I love your solution for relieving your tension. hehehe ;-)
Yes, all except the drawers. Then I assembled the first drawer, went to slide it in, and found out that way back in the beginning I had managed to reverse the middle section of the cabinet itself. I had been so careful initially to make sure I had it exactly the same as the picture, but then it didn't want to connect properly. That's where I messed up. I forgot there was a bottom and a top to the frame while I was sorting out the fitting problem, and now the drawers can't go in as the side runners aren't aligned. I have to take the entire thing apart and start from the very first step. Sigh, I need to do... I don't know, at least three or four Wendy puzzles to get rid of the tension! LOL thanks for asking :) Bet you wish you didn't! ;) And thanks, I'm glad you like my comments!
Robina....you continue to make me laugh and smile with your comments. I'll bet I love them as much as you love solving my puzzles...seriously!
So, on a side note, did you assemble your cabinet yet? ;-)
Wow, awesome number of pieces, love the colours and arrangement, and I think my eyeballs might start to unwind in a few days! LOVED it, thanks so much. I'm getting behind on your masterpieces... I always think, well, just one more puzzle. Then someone asks, so did you get your cabinet assembled yet? Ummmmm, the pieces are out of the box, does that count? Wendy you are bad for my accomplishments around the house, but do I ever love your badness!!! ;)
I'm so glad that you like this one, grannygg. :-)
Mandy, the biggest puzzle I ever posted was a 440 piece one and that got 580 solves....and the puzzle is nothing special at all. Go figure.
I just did a search and the largest I can find is 480 - the same person has posted several 480 size puzzles recently - "nokia" - what amazes me is how many solves there are on them!! I'm still waiting for the right window of time to start this one....
Mandy, I must admit that I love the way the pieces look in this one, but boy oh boy, it's definitely a challenge...I'm sure!
Amy, you're exactly right- this one is not for the faint of heart...but then you are definitely not one who is faint of heart. And thank you for taking the time to find a super large puzzle of 456 pieces. I should do a search too, and then maybe I will. :-)
Just for giggles, I did a quick check for large puzzles. This one is 456!
Should be titled, "Not for the faint of heart"
Oh, but I loved it! Thank you, Wendy, for mistakenly moving the slider all the way to the top! Weeeeeeeee
OOh ooh ooh ooh Wendy, I'm trying not to bookmark humungous puzzles, but this one I just cannot miss doing. It's going to be awesome to solve!!! I can't wait... but I have to :((
No, I think I've seen in the 440's--I just meant that this is one of the biggest I've ever seen, and bigger than any I've ever made, for sure!
What's the largest a puzzle can go on Jigidi? Are you saying that 420 is the largest?
I always set it as high as it will go for my large ones, too--but you hit the jackpot here! :-)))
HOLY MACKEREL! I didn't realize that I chose so many pieces. I just moved the slider up to the top without paying attention. I knew I had to make something big for today, so between my last comment to you, and this one, I made the rainbow. LOL They are so easy to make.
Oh, how I wish I were up to doing this right now!!!LOVE it! So I'm definitely bookmarking it for later--and look at the number of pieces! Super!
