People own these cars and schedule for the Rail Roads to pick them up and drop them off at various places along the line. You can travel all over the US in your own Car. I believe there is a website where you can rent or lease them for you own trip. Great set Sandy.

Three vintage cars were being pulled for awhile behind the sleeper cars. They do not belong to Amtrak. They are privately owned and leased.
