Dear Gwen, thank you. I just count every day we have as a bonus and a blessing. She does sit with the front paws tucked in and her hips seem to be a little more prominent but I think they are more noticeable now because she has always been so large that they were hard to see! She lies on her large cat scratch box and on the back of the sofa and on the footstool. She rolls and moves with relative ease and doesn't seem distressed. She has not lost any weight, which is good and is still eating and drinking well.We go to the vet Wednesday (not tomorrow) and there will be another blood test to see what the eosinophils are up to. I just give thanks for the great times we have had-and still have- together.
Brie, I was just browsing your pages and found the puzzles of your gorgeous Pumpkin. I am so very sorry to read that she is so ill. Having lived with cats for most of my life I know only too well how devastated you must feel. Please know that I will be thinking of you. Gwen.
Oh thank you so much, I - we - need all the love we can get. It is so hard and I shall miss her so much. They have been 10 wonderful, love filled years I just wish we had more
