Custer State Park, South Dakota

This is a Burro. The strip acrossed the shoulders and going down the back represents a cross. That's how you tell the difference between the donkey and the burro. Great picture .....

Is the War Between the States still being waged? Poor Virginia, no longer the state it used to be.

Sure thank that rebel from the Old Dominion State. Turncoat that he is. No wonder they are half the state they started out being.

what does Robbie there in the meadow?

If you look at the mother and young in my photo you can see the dark stripe down their rumps and on their shoulders.

I did not think they could move to the side that quickly but they are amazing creatures.

She came towards me, PG....of course.

Most of them have a dark hair around their neck at least the ones of this color variety. Nice one Suzy did you make her turn away?
