It's awful when a drought hits it effects everything. I feel for the farmers, let's hope it rains soon. We've had plenty of rain over winter and all the reservoirs are full so no hosepipe ban this year. Enjoy your picnic Phyllis. Thanks...Sueps, I'm putting more pictures of Rochester on tonight, don't think I've posted these ones before.
Lovely church Sue, time not worth publishing today. Drought still persists here in NZ, although there was a drizzle here today. Farmers really having a hard time and in some places they have a suicide watch among the farmers. With no money coming in the banks can step in I guess. Wellington, the Capital has enough water for 19 days now.We have about 50-55 coming here for a picnic tomorrow, whats the bet that it pours down??? it'll be the last time we have a church gathering here. The new house is coming on fine. I'll em and tell you all about it.
You're right, it does look like a model village!!! There was something nagging at me about the pic but couldn't pinpoint it..........now I know what it was. LOL :))))
We have both Joyce, either with the church or ground set aside that has a small chapel for when there's a burial. When I first saw this picture I thought it looked like a model village. I think it's because the church looks so clean and the small medieval houses nearby just gave it that feel...Sue
Wonderful church, love it's style and the stonework, really beautiful. I notice a cemetery there, are all cemeteries in church yards or are some cemeteries separate? Thanks Sue!! :)))(time, 5:51)
