Excellent photo,'58. Thats one of my favorite birds. Their hilarious when they are tipsy on ripe persimmons.
Oh, I so liked to see these in the spring. Thank you for posting this. ; ) Unfortunately the neighbor's tree is no longer. They used to make a regular stop there.
