Summer now Pat! El Nino shows her windy head again. The roses are ruined as it's so windy, bother. The weatherman said tonight we might be lucky to get a fine Christmas Day. You keep safe and well too Pat, if you're anything like me you'll enjoy the lead up to Christmas day and then breathe a sign of relief when it's all been and gone:-)

good to hear from you - you are correct sometimes a quiet Christmas is nice - you can focus on the meaning of the day with out all of the commotion .

I have lost track of how many times I tried to remember which Tugman puzzle I'd left a message Pat.... I'm glad we finally got onto the same page.

Christmas, yes it looms ahead, it'll be a quiet one for us this year [by choice] I love my children and adore all my grandchn but sometimes it's nice to be able to sit quietly and reflect on the day... so with roast pork and pav we shall. Our youngest daughter gave us tickets to a live performance of Handel's Messiah. She came to chauffeur us to Rotorua [90 mins away] then take us to other oldest daughter for afternoon tea, yesterday. Then her husband, my fav SIL drove us home. Great choir and the soloists were very good too. I'd love to hear a Welsh choir sing the Messiah, now that would be awesome. It's been more than 44 years since we went to a live performance, in Auckland, Len thought yesterdays performance was the better.

In common? well we both share the company of a nice Welshman as well, and enjoy [mostly] the puzzles he posts for us as well.

Right, time for my bed I think - Nos da my friend, yes, you too John - hugs all round.

Ah, you found it and it wasn't on a Tugman jig after all!! LOL
