Thank you, they were - even though I say it myself - delicious. I made them for my niece's birthday. They are fiddly to make but are worth the effort. The fact that it takes 13 minutes to cook a tray full but takes 4 days in all, with the maturing of the egg white and double grinding the almonds, seems totally incongruous. Just to let you know, Pumpkin is still doing OK. She was out a long time in the spring sunshine today which made me feel good too. We go to the vets Tuesday to see if there is any deterioration - fingers crossed...
