Hi chookies. I'm not familiar with the Ghan. What is that? I didn't make it to Darwin or Alice Springs. I have heard a lot about Alice Springs, though.

Now that would make sense to me. I've been to every capital city except Darwin but plan to go next year on the Ghan which now travels from Adelaide to Darwin with a stop-over in Alice Springs. It is VERY costly though but I'm saving my pennies!!

Actually, what I'm thinking I should do is tell you every place I've been in Australia because you probably have pictures of them all and they'd sure be better than mine! LOL

It's been crazy weather of late, tex, we left winter behind, got a taste of spring, then winter hit us again with a vengeance, now 2 days of very hot weather, thunderstorms approaching this arvo and then it's back to winter for the rest of the week....this weather is as crazy as... Airconditioners got a good workout overnight due to very high temps.
