No, I hit a plateau right about there, too. You get the frame done, and set up completed small sections, maybe get them in place, and then come all the rest of the pieces! LOL! Hang in there, and take big breaks--I always find that I speed back up when I start fresh. :-)))

Yes, I started tugman's, and it's definitely another black and white monster.......so many good ones--how to choose, how to choose.... LOL!

My thoughts exactly Pat! And Kathy just finished Tugman's puzzle. It took her a little over 4 hours so that's definitely a beast. So many monsters, so little time. : (

Or you could start on my new "masterpiece". Surprisingly, it may turn out to be the real monster. Go figure.

I certainly had a strategy, and a lot of it worked (like doing the outer purple and so on), so it was never like a tugman monster where I have no clue how to proceed and end up just using the shapes. The progress was slow but it was steady. But I thought it was quite hard anyway! LOL! I'm glad you were able to come up with a better system, MetalMomma--you posted a great time!
