Hi chookies. Great snowy picture!! Glad to see you are NOT on the roof. Here in Vancouver it's going down to 0C ( 32F ) tonight. I have a jasmine plant on the balcony. I think I'll bring it inside tonight.
Nice photo chookie - but we don't need a cooler-downer here at the moment!! It's a beautiful 29C & breezy!! We were lucky to get 30mm in the gauge yesterday morning too, & the garden is very happy!!
Chooks-We had similar problems last summer with the drought. It got to the point where my rain barrels were empty, and I would water my veggies and flowers on a rotating basis, telling them that they had to be strong. I hope you get some cooler temps and a bit of rain for your gardens.
Our gardens suffer badly, punkin! Even though I water daily in this heat, the more hardy plants get scorched badly. I've given up planting delicate plants now and the drought tolerant shrubs tend not to survive also. Unless we heavily mulch, our gardens wouldn't survive at all. Thanks for your comments:)
