In 1983 my brother and I took our father to northern Finland to visit family he hadn't seen in 60 years. We went overnight from Sweden to Finland on Silja Lines then took a train north to Vaasa. Our vessel sailed in tandem with a like ferry from Viking Lines,for safety I assumed. Thanks for the memory!
