This is a natural cluster of the Jewel box shells found in the Philippines. It is a unique find. They are like Rock Scallops and cling to other surfaces such as rocks, jetties or even bottles.
I hope everything is alright in your world Robbie. We miss you, and are worried. I hope you can drop us a message soon to put our minds at ease, and to let us know you're OK. :)))
Amazing! I believe it's a cluster because you've said so. Otherwise, I would have assumed it was glued together for Chrissie's skyscraper. Thanks, Robbie.
OMG, incredibly stunning, Robbie. . . I'm running out of adjectives again! To say I love looking at shells would be an understatement, even the very simple ones are fascinating to me. Was this part of you Dad's collection?
If you have a moment, check out Hanne's posting "Radiant Cat" , you will enjoy it!!
