Snow Globe Rose for PLG1958
I hope that you like this one, Patti! Since you liked the other snow globe so much, I thought that I would design and give one to you. You didn't tell me what other colour roses you liked, so I made an arbitrary choice with this beautiful Double Delight. I took the original photo several years ago and have added it as another puzzle so that you can see it "before" I manipulated the image.
This time, I added the snow outside so you could better appreciate the flower. It reminded me of Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince). I made the pattern for the frame and below the globe from a picture of snow on my front yard (when it was very high) and then superimposed some snowflakes with the appropriate shaped brush.
The base is a pattern I made from a photo of real art glass and is an amber waterglass .
