Wow! Another beautiful unusual flowering plant. I've never seen this before. Looks like a lady with golden hair has brushed it beautifully! Thanks for posting this one - very interesting.
the above is the scientific/taxonomic name, but basically, it is a relative to protea and banksia. It can be grown in California among other places. If you want to know more about what zones this grows in and how to care for it, you can just type in the genus, leucospermum, into google. You may or may not be able to grow one, depending on your zone, but you might be able to find something similar!
